CQ type centrifugal pump installation and notes
installation
1． It should be installed horizontally, not erect, plastic pump can not bear the weight of the pipe, to special requirements for the vertical installation, motor must upwards.
2． When the suction surface is higher than pump shaft line, before start, open the pipe valve, if it is lower than shaft centre line, pipe needs to equip with foot valve.
3． Check before using pump, motor fan rotation is flexible, no jam and abnormal sound, tighten fasteners.
4． Check whether the motor rotation direction is the same with magnetic pump mark.
5． After motor start, slow open the discharge valve, when the pump enters into normal working condition, then adjust discharge valve open to the required.
6． Before valve stopping work, should close exhaust valve, and close the suction-in valve.
Notes
1． Because magnetic pump bearing cooling and lubrication rely on medium, so is strictly prohibited idling, meanwhile avoid power failure midway of the work and restart to cause idling.
2． If medium contains solid particles, pump inlet need to add filter net: if contains ferromagnetic particles, need to add magnetic filters
3． Pump environmental temperature should be less than 40 degrees, the motor temperature must not exceed 70 degrees
4． The medium and its temperature should in the pump body allowed range. Engineering plastic pump using temperature is less than 60 degrees, the temperature of the metal pump is less than 100 degrees, mdeium suction pressure is not more than 0.2 Mpa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6 Mpa, density is not more than 1600kg/m3, the particle-size is not more than 30X10-6m2 / S excluding hard particles and fiber liquid.
5． For conveying easy sedimentation and crystal medium, after using need to washing and clean the hydrops internal pump.
6．After magnetic pump running 500 hours, overhauling bearings and end dynamic ring wear, if the clearance between bearing and bushings is more than 0.5~1mm, impeller axial moves 0.5 ~ 2mm, should change bearing and axial moving ring
