Magnetic pump shaft plain wear reason
Magnetic pump shaft in impeller and bearing plain wear, has been worn several shafts, I think there are many causes unilateral abrasion after analysis:
1, the impeller static balance. Static balance meets the standard requirement.
2, internal magnetic rotor static balance. Also reaches the standard requirement.
3, internal and external magnetic rotor due to assembly and processing reasons to cause clearance uneven and magnetic fluctuations.
4, magnetic cylinder bad quality causes magnetic force fluctuations.
5, pump runs far away from flow point or outlet flow constant adjustment causes the pump body pressure fluctuations.
After eliminating the aboved several possible, we should reconsider radial force problem or pump actuating have positive &negative rotation.
