IMD magnetic pump is a new developed high power and head magnetic –driving pump, pump shape and installation dimensions are designed and manufactured according to ISO international standard, motor is straight type supported by middle holder, structure is compact, easy disassemble, performance scope: Q = 1-120m3 / h H= 17-60m, pump adopts high performance magnetic materials "Ndfeb" as internal and external magnets, distance sleeve uses nonmetal materials and greatly reduces the loss of magnetic eddy current, can convey high concentration, density larger than 1.84 t/m3 strong corrosive medium. Liquid flow components adopt steel lined fluorine plastic F46 by high temperature sintering, as the pump body is steel structure can bear the weight of the pipe and mechanical shock, and has the resistant ability of all strong acid, strong alkali corrosion, and adopts magnetic drive structure, to eliminate the drip, not pollute the location, especially suitable for transporting inflammable, explosive, toxic, volatile and valuable medium, in many projects, replaced the similar import magnetic pump.
usages
Our products are widely used in petrochemical, acid and alkali manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting, automobile manufacturing pickling process, rare earth separation, pesticide, dye, pharmacy, food, paper, electroplating,chemical foil, radio, etc.
applicable temperature：-20°C--120°C。
anti-leakage design：
Cancel the shaft seal, using magnetic coupling indirect drive, eliminate the drip trouble, without pollution. Due to the pump flow parts adopt fluorine plastic. It can continuous transmit any concentration of acid, alkali, corrosion and strong oxidant without damage.
operating principle：
Driving device adopts active magnets coupling directly installed on the motor shaft, pump chamber is fully closed, through the magnetic coupling indirect driving rotor combination impeller rotating.
