CQ type engineering plastic magnetic-driving pump (hereinafter referred to as magnetic pump) is a new product that using modern magnetic principles and put the principles of permanent magnetic coupler used into magnetic pump. Magnetic pump replaces the dynamic seal by static seal, makes the pump flow parts in a fully sealed condition, thoroughly solved the disadvantage of running, emitting, droping that can not be avoided by other mechanical seals. Magnetic pump selects corrosion resistance, high strength engineering plastic, corundum ceramic, stainless steel as manufactured materials, so it has good corrosion resistance and can make the transmission medium from pollution.
Magnetic pump has compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, convenient usage and maintenance features. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, acid, alkali, pumping oil, rarity liquid, venoms and volatile liquid, circulating water equipment matings, filter machine matings. Especially for easy leakage, inflammable and explosive liquids pumping, explosion-proof motors selecting this pumping is more ideal. (materials: reinforced polypropylene)
