二. selection process
Based on the current production situation of domestic magnetic pump and magnetic materials, the development situation of sliding bearings, to ensure the engineering quality, when choosing magnetic pump can refer to the following steps.
1. To power less than 10KW pump, select magnetic pump can ensure using effect.
2. When the shaf power is lager than 10KW or medium is higher than 100℃, selecting domestic magnetic need to be more care, limit the magnet material, bearing material structures, should select shield pump if necessary.
3. at present domestic magnetic pump manufacturers are usually small factory, development and research methods are weak. Beyond the scope of parameters of product, should not be commonly pump manufacturer developed or developing, entrust to ensure the engineering quality and schedule. Domestic main magnetic pump manufacturer and its products, see table 1-1.
4. The quality of magnets relates to pump life, reliability and price, when orfering, should make clear materials, supplier, and its performance index. Sliding bearing material and life should be clear.
