CQB-G type high temperature magnetic-driving centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as high magnetic pump) usually composed by motor, magnetic coupling, water cooling device and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump, its main characteristic is using magnetic coupling to transfer power. when the motor driving the external magnetic of the magnetic coupling rotating, magnetic line across the space and distance sleeve, acting on the internal magnetic, makes the pump rotor and motor rotating synchronously, without mechanical contact transmission torque, on the shaft power input end, because fluid is closed in the static distance sleeve, without dynamic sealing, so it is completely no leakage. magnetic material of the magnetic coupling uses high-temperature rare earth permanent magnet, it can bear high temperature medium below 280 degrees and maintain a strong magnetic torque. Between motor and magnetic coupling adding water cooling device, prevent pump transfer the high temperature heat conduction to motor, in order to maintain the normal operation of the motor, so as to achieve high temperature medium without leakage.
