Care and maintenance
（1）check magnetic pump pipe and union whether is loosening. Use hand to rotate magnetic pump, to check whether magnetic pump is flexible.
（2） to add bearing lubricating oil to bearing body, check oil level should be in the centre line of oil mark, lubricating oil should be promptly replaced or supplemented.
（3） twist magnetic pump body water diversion screw, perfusion water (or starch).
（4） close water piping centrifugal pumps and outlet pressure gauges and inlet vacuum table.
（5） moving motors, check whether motor is correctly rotated.
（6） Start motor, after magnetic pump moving properly, then open the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump shows the proper pressure, gradually open centrifugal pumps, check motor load conditions.
（7） control the flow of magnetic pump and head in the range that marked on nameplate, so as to ensure pump operation in the highest efficiency, can obtain the biggest energy saving effect.
（8） During magnetic pump operation, bearing temperature cannot exceed 35C of environmental temperature, the highest temperature shall not exceed 80C.
（9） If find there is abnormal sound in magnetic pump, immediately stop and check.
（10） When stopping the magnetic pump, at first, close centrifugal pump, and then close pressure gauge, and stop motors.
（11） magnetic pump working in the first month, after 100 hours replace lubricating oil, change each 500 hours later.
（12） often adjust packing gland, ensure packing chamber leakage condition is normal t (drops is advisable).
（13） regularly check the sleeve wear abrasion, if it is worse, shall promptly replace.
（14） magnetic pump is used in winter season, after stopping, need to pump body bottom water screw rive and exhaust medium. To prevent broken.
（15） magnetic drive pumps long-term disable, need to disassembly all parts, dry moisture, pringting grease to rotating parts and unions and well-packed.
