(1) Pump shaft broken
The magnetic pump shaft adopts 99% alumina ceramics materials, pump shaft break main reasons: because of the pump idling, bearing dry grinding and break shaft. When opening pump to check, it can be seen bearing has been badly worn and prevent pump broken mainly measure is prevent pump idling.
(2) Magnetic pump bearing damage.
Magnetic pump bearing uses high density carbon materials, if encounter pump water-break or there is impurity internal pump, will cause bearing damage. Cylindrical coupling internal and external magnetic rotor coaxial tolerance requirement if not guaranteed, also can directly influence the bearing service life.
(3) Magnetic pump can not pump the liquids
It is the easiest happened fault, it has many reasons. First, should check whether the pump suction pipe leaks, check whether suction air has been discharged, whether internal pump liquid is enough, whether suction pipe has sundries jam, and should check whether the pump is reverse (especially after changing motor or charging line maintenance), and should also pay attention to the pump suction up height whether is too high.
Through the above checks if the dispute cannot be resolved, can disassemble the magnetic pump to check whether shaft is broken, also need to check whetehr the pump dynamic ring and static ring is still good, whether the whole rotor can be a little axial moved. If the axial movement is difficult, can check whether the pump bearings is too close with the shaft.
Notable is after many times of check can not find problems, should notice whether the magnetic couplings work normally. In considering whether speed is enough, first check whether motor itself rotating speed is normal, can use tachometer to measure, under the condition of normal motor rotating speed, can consider whether magnetic coupling occurs slipping.
(4) Magnetic pump head is insufficient.
This failure reasons are: there is air in conveying medium, damaged impeller, rotating speed is not enough, medium excessive proportion, excessive flow.
(5) Magnetic pump flow is insufficient.
The main reasons of causing insufficient flow is damaged impeller,low speed, high head, sundry jam in tubes, etc.
